The following Terms of Service are agreed upon access to this site, and accepted upon purchase.  

Custom Orders
1.Love Me Knots offers customized orders for fundraising or special event purposes and on select existing designs. Additional charges may incur depending on the materials needed to meet customer design requests. All sales are final on custom orders. There is no refund or exchanges made on customize orders. Please contact us for custom order requests.

Return Policy
2.We accept returns on all product(s) postmarked within 30 days from the date of shipment. Custom Orders are nonrefundable and nonreturnable. Discounted items including ambassador discounts are eligible for exchanges only. All product(s) must be in original condition, undamaged, with all tags attached, and packaging intact. A full refund will be issued on regular-priced items excluding shipping costs. Discounted items are eligible for a store credit only. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect order upon arrival. Please contact us for returns, and explain briefly the reason for the return in the message field. Please give us 2-3 weeks to process your return.

Repairs
3. Love Me Knots pieces are handmade with delicate elements. Customers are responsible for preserving the life of the product. Repairs will be considered with a fee depending on degree of damage. Please contact us for repair inquiries.

Shipping Policy
4.All pieces are handmade to order and can take up to 14 days to ship from date of purchase. Product(s) are inspected for defects and damages prior to shipping. Love Me Knots is not responsible for any additional international shipping related fees such as duties, taxes, or custom charges on both accepted and refused packages. Risk of loss or delayed packages are not the responsibility of Love Me Knots. Please always double check your address and information given during check out as we are also not responsible for any mistakes made during that process.
